The recruitment will be conducted for 44 vacant posts and education qualification as mention in the table for the posts of Officer, Crew Controller, Manager & Other given below.

Dy. Chief Financial Officer Candidates must have a Qualified Associate Chartered Accountant from ICAI
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Handling Finance I Account Functions out of which 3 years of experience at Senior position in the service industry. The experience should be post qualification.
Sr. Asst. General Manager-Revenue Management Candidates must have a Graduate from recognized University with a minimum of 10 years experience in Revenue Management in Aviation. · The experience should be post qualification.
Asst. General Manager E-Commerce Candidates must have a B. Tech I B.E. – Computer Science/ Information Technology Minimum 5 years of experience working as a system administrator for an aviation passenger service system (PSS) Should have knowledge of Application Programming Interface (API). and Payment Gateway Integration The experience should be post qualification.
Asst. General Manager-Operations Training Candidates must have a Graduate from recognized University. Masters in Business Administration from Recognized University/ Institution as additional qualification will be preferred Proficiency in using computers. Minimum 7 years of experience in Airline Flight Crew Training including Minimum two years of managerial experience in an Airline Flight Crew Training. The experience should be post-qualification
Asst. General Manager-MMD Candidates must have a Two years full-time MBA with specialization in Operations Research I Materials Management, from any recognized University, with a minimum of 3 year’s experience of having worked in the Stores I Materials Management Department of a scheduled Airline or MRO
Asst. General Manager-Security Candidates must have a Postgraduate from recognized University or its equivalent. Minimum 12 years of experience in scheduled Airline Security out of which 5 years at Executive level with independent I direct interaction with regulatory I statutory authorities in areas of airline security. The Experience should be Post Qualification
Synthetic Flight Instructor Candidates must have an All eligibility conditions, experience, and training requirement as stipulated in CAR and amended by DGCA from time to time would be applicable.
Sr. Manager -Production Planning Control (Engg.) Candidates must have a B.tech in Aeronautical I Mechanical I Electrical I Electronics I Avionics or it’s equivalent. Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years should be in an executive position. I should have extensive knowledge and experience in PPC functions in an Airline i.e. Insurance, warranty, budgeting, modifications, maintenance, Planning. Contract Management, Equipment, Tool, and Material Planning, etc. Exposure to Pool arrangement for components will be an added advantage. Experience should be post qualification.
Sr. Manager-Operations Control Center Candidates must have a Graduate from recognized University. Minimum 8 year’s experience of working in the Operations Control Center of any airlines as Operations’ Controller.
Sr. Manager – Medical Officer Candidates must have an MBBS Degree of an Indian University recognized by the Medical Council of India. Preference will be given to candidates trained in Aviation medicine.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience. The experience should be post qualification.
Sr. Manager -Sales & Marketing Candidates must have a Graduate from recognized University with a minimum of 7 years of Aviation I Travel trade experience in handling Sales and Marketing functions. The experience should be post-qualification
Manager-Operations Admin Candidates must have a Masters in Business Administration from a recognized university or equivalent Diploma in Management/ Business Administration. Candidates must have 03 years’ experience in the Operations department of a Scheduled Airline. Should have General Awareness of DGCA regulations in relation to operations. Candidates must have an Experience should be post qualification.
Manager-Crew Management System Candidates must have a Graduate from a recognized university. An MBA from recognized University/ Institution as additional qualification will be preferred. Proficiency in using computers.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Airline CMS I Roster including minimum eighteen months of executive experience in an Airline CMS I Roster. Working experience in “Crew Management Software”. Proficiency in the planning and execution of all functions in the CMS I Roster. The experience should be Post Qualification (Graduation).
Manager-Finance Candidates must have an ICWA/ ICAI/ MBA full-time course from recognized University with a specialization in Finance or its equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting The experience should be Post Qualification.
Station Manager (Manager Grade) Candidates must have a Graduate for recognized university Minimum 5 years of Aviation experience in Airport Handling or Sales and Marketing. The experience should be post qualification.
Officer
Officer (MMD) Candidates must have a Graduate in any discipline/ GOMM from a recognized institute like llMM, Etc. with 3 years experience. Or MBA I PGDM with a specialization in MM/OR/Logistics from a recognized institute with 2 years experience.
Officer- Slot Candidates must have a Graduate from recognized University. Desirable: Diploma in Aviation IATA, post-graduation.
Officer-Operations Control Candidates must have a Graduate from recognized University Minimum 3 years Experience in Scheduling or working in the operation control center of an airline. Candidates must have an Experience should be post qualification.
Officer (Passenger Sales) Candidates must have a Graduate from recognized University and diploma post-graduate related to aviation I Sales and Marketing Minimum 4 years of experience in Aviation I Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, travel trade
Asst.·Officer- Office Management Candidates must have a Graduate from recognized University One year Diploma in office management I One year certified course of Stenography from a recognized institute
Asst.·Officer- Office Management Candidates must have a Graduate from recognized University One year Diploma in office management I One year certified course of Stenography from a recognized institute
Crew Controller Candidates must have a Graduate from recognized University. Proficiency in using a computer.
Candidates must have a Minimum 3 years of experience as a Crew Controller in an Airline Crew Roster. Working experience, in “Crew Management Software”. Proficiency in planning and execution of all functions in Airline Crew Roster. Candidates must have experience should be Post Qualification
Technical Assistant (Flight Safety) Candidates must have an AME Diploma course from a recognized university or its equivalent. One year’s experience of FOQA Software. The Experience should be post-qualification
