Selection Process

Job Description
- Candidates appointed as Business Development Associate has to perform sales/ marketing of Bank products.
Emoluments & Service Agreement
- A) Emoluments: The selected candidates will be appointed on a contract basis for a period of three years and the salary would be on a consolidated basis of Rs.18000/- onwards. Also eligible for performance-based incentive on monthly basis declared by the bank from time to time.
Depending upon the place of posting and experience, an increase in quantum of consolidated pay may be considered. - B) Service Agreement: The selected candidates will be required to execute Service Agreement (in Non-Judicial Stamp paper) upon joining the Bank undertaking to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 years.

- Before applying for the post, the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned in this advertisement. The decision of the Bank in all matters regarding the eligibility of the candidate, the stages at which scrutiny of such eligibility is to be undertaken, the documents to be produced for the purpose of the conduct of Personal Interview, selection and any other matter relating to recruitment will be final and binding on the candidate. bank on this behalf. - Mere invitation by the Bank for the Personal Interview shall not imply that the Bank has been satisfied beyond doubt about the candidate’s eligibility. Candidates who do not satisfy the eligibility criteria and who do not produce the photocopies as well as the originals of all the documents required to be submitted and as advised in this notification as well as in the Interview call letter, for any reason, whatsoever, shall not be permitted to
participate in the Personal Interview, even though they may have obtained the desired level of the score in the online examination and have been called for an interview. - Mere eligibility will not vest any right on the candidates for being called for Interview. The Bank’s decision in the matter of selection will be final. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and/or that he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information/ certificate/ documents or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand canceled. If any of these shortcomings is/are detected even after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated.
- Eligible candidates will be called for Personal Interview and they should appear for an interview at their own expenses/cost at places/dates notified by the Bank.
- The decision of the Bank in all matters relating to recruitment will be final and binding on the candidate. No correspondence or personal inquiries shall be entertained by the Bank in this behalf.
- Candidates selected are liable to be posted/placed in any place in India as per the administrative requirements and discretion of the Bank.
