Junior Scientific Officer (Toxicology), Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Directorate of Forensic Science Services, Ministry of Home Affairs 2 Degree in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/Pharmacology/ Pharmacy / Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects at Bachelor of Science level from a recognized university or equivalent
Director (Staff Training / Productivity), Directorate General of Factory Advice Service and Labour Institutes (DGFASLI), Ministry of Labour and Employment 1 (i) Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Production or Industrial Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent OR
(ii) Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Production or Industrial Engineering followed by Post-graduate Diploma in Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering of a recognized University.
Specialist Grade III (Dermatology), Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi 7 (i) A recognized MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
(ii) Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in the concerned speciality mentioned in Section A or Section B in Schedule VI or equivalent i.e. M.D. (Dermatology)/ M.D. (Dermatology & Venereology)/ M.D. in Medicine with Diploma in Dermatology/ Diploma in Dermatology
Specialist Grade III (Obstetrics & Gynaecology), Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi 9 (i) A recognized MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council

Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in the concerned speciality mentioned in Section A or Section B in Schedule VI or equivalent i.e. M. D. (Obstetrics & Gynaecology)/ M.S. (Obstetrics & Gynaecology)/ Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics.

Specialist Grade III (Ophthalmology), Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi 2 (i) A recognized MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
(ii) Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in the concerned speciality mentioned in Section A or Section B in Schedule VI or equivalent i.e. M.D. (Ophthalmology)/ M.S. (Ophthalmology)/ Diploma in Ophthalmology/ Diploma in Ophthalmic Medicine and Surgery
Specialist Grade III (Orthopaedics), Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi 9 Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
(ii) Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in the concerned speciality mentioned in Section A or Section B in Schedule VI or equivalent i.e. M.S. (Orthopaedics)/ Diploma in Orthopaedics
Specialist Grade III (Paediatrics), Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi 18 (i) A recognized MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in the concerned speciality mentioned in Section A or Section B in Schedule VI or equivalent i.e. M. D. (Paediatrics)/ Diploma Paediatrics, Diploma in Child Health/ Diploma Paediatrics, Diploma in Child Health.
Specialist Grade III (Psychiatrists), Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi 7 (i) A recognized MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
