| Associate Professor in Journalism-Advertising & Public Relations | Candidate must have a good academic record, with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines. Candidate must have a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed). Candidate must have a minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and I or research/ ODL counseling in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry with a minimum of seven publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a total research score of Seventy five (75) as per the criteria given in Appendix 11, Table 2. |
| Assistant Professor in Vocational Studies | Candidate must have a good academic record, with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) at the Master’s degree in Allied technical/Vocational Course. Candidate must have a Ph.D. Degree in relevant discipline accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 and their amendments from time to time |
| Assistant Professor in B.Ed. (Special Education) | Candidate must have a Masters Degree in Sciences or Mathematics or Social Sciences or Commerce or Languages with not less than 50% marks Candidate must have an M.Ed. Degree in special disability education (preferably MR/LO) area with not less than 55% of marks or an equivalent grade of B+in 10-points scale of UGC OR An equivalent degree from a foreign University recognized by RCI. |
